STOCKHOLM – JUNE 6, 2024. The World Economic Forum (WEF) today announced that evroc has been selected as a 2024 Technology Pioneer, joining some of the world’s most promising start-ups and scale-ups in the WEF Innovator Communities.
The Technology Pioneer community is composed of early-stage start-ups from around the world involved in the development and deployment of new technologies and innovations. In this community, the world’s most innovative technology companies are invited to work with society's foremost political, business and cultural leaders to address issues facing mankind and our planet.

This is the second time that Mattias Åström has been selected as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer with an innovative company at the center of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. His prior WEF Technology Pioneer Award was in 2015 for Eta Devices providing disruptive energy efficiency for cellular base stations to reduce both energy consumption and the carbon footprint associated with mobile telephony.
