Initial call with us
This is our first chance to connect. We'll talk about your background, your motivation, and what you're looking for in your next step. Just as important, we want to understand what matters most to you – your values, drivers, and what makes you thrive. You'll also get the chance to ask us anything about the role and the company.
Technical interview
Here you'll get to show us your skills in practice. It's not only about the result, but also about how you think and solve problems. We want you to feel it's as much about showcasing your strengths as it is about learning more about how we work. For certain roles, we also conduct a security interview.
Culture interview
A deeper conversation focused on your personal strengths and values, and how your ways of working align with ours. It's less about the details of the role, and more about who you are as a person and how you contribute to our culture.
Management interview
An opportunity to meet with our leadership. This step is about connecting on a bigger level – our vision, our mission, and how you can help shape the future of the company.
