evroc introduces roc, a sovereign enterprise AI agent powered by frontier models in Europe

  • roc is powered by leading models with trillions of parameters running on evroc's European GPU infrastructure, bringing leading AI to European enterprises
  • Launch supports Europe's push toward independent, sovereign digital infrastructure, enabling organizations to run advanced AI without relying on non-European providers

evroc, The European Cloud, today announced two major initiatives aimed at strengthening European digital sovereignty: roc, an enterprise AI agent built for enterprise use cases, and evroc Think, a sovereign AI platform designed to help organizations run advanced AI workloads on European infrastructure.

roc provides fast and secure AI assistance for tasks such as writing, data analysis, coding support, and knowledge retrieval. For many organizations, the real challenge is not accessing AI models but connecting them securely to internal enterprise data. With roc, companies can integrate AI directly with their documents, knowledge bases, and business data systems while keeping sensitive information within European infrastructure.

In parallel, evroc is introducing evroc Think, a sovereign AI platform that enables organizations to deploy and run modern AI models entirely within Europe. The platform provides access to selected high-performance AI models hosted on local infrastructure, allowing developers, enterprises and public institutions to build and scale AI applications without relying on non-European cloud providers. evroc Think includes AI-powered coding, transcription, and conversational tools, built around three core principles: performance, transparency, and sovereignty. Developers can access models through simple APIs with predictable token-based pricing, while organizations retain full control over where their data is processed and stored. Early deployments indicate faster processing for common AI tasks and potential cost advantages compared to proprietary large-model services.

"Until now, European organizations effectively had two choices when adopting advanced AI," said Mattias Åström, co-founder and CEO of evroc. "They could either share sensitive data with models hosted outside Europe or choose not to use the most advanced AI capabilities. Europe unfortunately did not have its own frontier-scale AI infrastructure. With roc and evroc Think, companies can connect their enterprise data to powerful AI models, giving developers, enterprises, and public institutions full access to frontier AI within Europe while ensuring both innovation and sovereignty."

Responding to rising demand for AI solutions that safeguard data within Europe, roc and evroc Think will empower organizations to accelerate innovation securely and efficiently. Together, they represent a significant milestone in evroc's mission to strengthen Europe's technological autonomy and advance its strategic digital capabilities.
