With a background spanning leadership roles at Google, Rakuten, Microsoft, and most recently Summa Equity, Terje brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and a passion for building high-performing teams. His experience leading site reliability engineering for some of the world's largest platforms gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to scale — and sustain — technology at a global level.

What excites me most about evroc is the mission. Europe needs its own hyperscale cloud — built on principles of trust, transparency, and technical excellence. The opportunity to help create that from the ground up is both challenging and incredibly meaningful.
