Customer Success Manager

The team:

During this early stage of our journey, we operate as an integrated, highly dedicated engineering and business team working primarily towards pilot customers for our cloud services. As we anticipate very fast growth, we envision scaling to multiple specialized teams, focused on the business success of key accounts and chosen industry verticals. By joining us at this foundational stage, you have a unique opportunity to significantly shape our way of working with customers and also to build the team that will drive account management and customer success going forward.

Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Working on establishing and nurturing the relationships with our existing customers.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Act as a champion voice of the customer to mitigate and solve any risks.
  • Participate in product demos, monitor timelines and verify agreed deliverability for customers.
  • Produce monthly status reports for each customer assigned including opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the customer relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with solutions architects, sales and marketing in order to address the different needs of the customer and chart customer needs.
  • Participating in other sales efforts towards new accounts.

We appreciate if you have experience with some of the following:

  • University degree in business administration or related studies.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, ideally with additional European languages.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel and partner management. 
  • Proven track record of selling through partners.
  • An understanding of agile methodologies in software development.
  • Able to take ownership of work and uphold high quality standards.
