The team:

During this early stage of our journey, we operate as an integrated, highly dedicated team working primarily towards pilot customers for our cloud services. By joining us at this foundational stage, you have a unique opportunity to significantly shape our way of working and build the legal and regulatory foundation for our company.

We are embarking on a journey that requires customer contracts, partnership agreements, software licensing agreements, building permits, patent applications, cybersecurity, and other legal aspects. We are looking for someone with broad legal experience, preferably specializing in one or more of the aforementioned areas, to support technical and customer success alongside other leaders in the field.

Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Advise on legal issues pertaining to IT law, data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Proactively identify and advise on legal, commercial, and compliance risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in relation to IT operations.
• Advise on strategic matters relating to the operations of evroc AB, including local implementation of company-wide governance best practices.
• Handle legal disputes, negotiations, and settlements related to IT and data privacy matters.
• Provide legal support and guidance for technology-related projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and policies related to IT services, software licensing, data processing, and technology transactions.

We appreciate if you have experience with some of the following:

• Qualified lawyer, ideally with experience from both a law firm and as an in-house legal counsel.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, software licensing, cloud services, and data privacy issues.
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish and EU IT laws, data protection regulations (such as GDPR), and cybersecurity requirements.
• Ideally, in-house experience from high-growth, innovative technology companies.
• Previous experience within IT, construction, energy, or infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
